Vegrow Foods provides this Website and Services (located at www.vegrowfoods.com) to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions outlined in these terms (the “Terms and conditions of sale” and “Terms and conditions of Use”). Besides, when you use any of our Services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Terms of Use by this reference.

Shipping and delivery policy
Delivery Service Options
(i) Local pick-up location: You can pick your order from Westlands
Location: Wendy court, David Osieli Road, Westlands
(ii) Express Delivery Services: Monday to Saturday within 24 hrs.
Applicable only for consignment products that are stored and fulfilled by Vegrow Foods. Delivery is only within Nairobi and during business working days.
(iii) Standard Delivery Service: 3-5 business working days.
Applicable to all Products listed on Vegrow Foods in locations within Nairobi and most major towns in Kenya.
Where do we deliver?
Delivery locations include Nairobi and most major towns in Kenya. (Cross-border and international deliveries will be included in our services at a later stage.)
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are calculated by taking the estimated shipping (when order processing at the warehouse is complete and ready for dispatch) date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from the hubs to Buyer destination address either to Nairobi or other towns). This will differ based on the shipping service choice made by the buyer.
For Express and Standard services, the transit time-period is calculated strictly using business days, which excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery services are based on three key factors; service type, weight, and destination.
Packaging multiple orders?
Multiple orders will be combined into the same package to reduce the cost and number of packages shipped to a customer.
How to track the status of your orders
Orders status can be tracked using the order numbers provided once a purchase is completed. A link is provided where the buyer can view the progression of the order from the moment the order is placed, processed, dispatched, and shipped to deliver.
Return Policy
How do I return a product?
A return can be raised by contacting the support team via telephone or writing an email to [email protected]
How long do I have before requesting a return?
The customer has 7 days to make the return request from the day the item was delivered. After 7 days, returns will not be processed.
How long will it take before returned items are delivered back to me?
3-5 days
Will I be charged for the returned items?
You will not be charged unless it’s a change of mind on the product.
